About the wine:

This wine is a beautifully balanced blend of Caladoc (45%), Merlot (20%), Grenache (20%) and Syrah (15%). A rich pink coloured rose with an intense and complex nose that expresses itself with fruity notes of white peach, apricot, mango and a floral overtone. The palate is balanced and gives an impression of volume from the beginning of the tasting. The expression of the ripe fruit and the aromatic persistence - peach, mango - gives it a greedy character. The finish is elegant. This wine reveals a beautiful maturity of the grapes. Perfect on stuffed vegetables, roast meats with ratatouille, or fish cooked in olive oil, not to mention the famous Marseilles bouillabaisse. If you are serious about Provence rosés that have class and are a little different from the mainstream Provence rosés, this is the one.

About Domaine Lagoy:
Close to Saint Rémy de Provence, within the Parc Régional des Alpilles, is the Lagoy estate which has been in the Meyran family since 1677. The 18 hectare vineyard was planted In 1976 on the "Petite Crau plateau" above the imposing Chateau de Lagoy. The terroir is perfect for the creation of exceptional wines. Within the soil are pebbles from the Durance River that retain the warmth of the ample sunshine that the South of France basks in.

Since 2001, the domain has been following organic and biodynamic practises.
