What are your delivery charges?
Our delivery costs differ with locations around NZ and the amount of cases purchased in a single transaction. Our current freight charges per case are:

North Island - Auckland Area $4.95

North Island – Auckland Rural delivery $5.50

North Island – Waiheke Island $9.95

North Island – Hamilton to Whangarei $6.50

Rest of the North Island $7.95

South Island – All regions $9.95

When should I get my delivery?
Expected delivery times are 1-3 business days. Delivery times may however be extended during busy seasonal periods due to heavier demand. Delivery times may also be delayed due to public holidays and over the Christmas/New Year period. According to the provisions of our licence we are not allowed to deliver on: Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Christmas Day, before 1 pm on Anzac Day; or at any time after 11pm on any day and before 6am on the next day.

You will get an email when your order is dispatched with a tracking number.

Where is my wine?
To track your parcel, please check the tracking number issued to you via email (which is sent when your purchase has been dispatched from our Warehouse).

Do I get cheaper delivery if I buy more than one case?
Yes, for purchases
containing 3+ cases the cost per case of delivery becomes:

South Island - $6.00

North Island – excluding Auckland - $5.00

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?
At this stage we do not ship outside New Zealand.
