Charming and inviting, the bouquet shows rockmelon, Gala apple, peach and subtle spice aromas, followed by a finely textured palate that is lively and lingering. The wine is delicate yet flavoursome with a persistent silky finish. Lovely poise and elegance.

About the wine:

In the South of France near Nimes, from Saint Chaptes to Collias, via Uzès and Saint Anastasie, the Collines de Bourdic cooperative is made up of 1600 hectare vineyard that extend over a dozen communes with a range of terroirs. This 100% Grenache noir has a very pale pink hue. The nose displays aromas of wild strawberries and on the palate notes of red berries are very pronounced.  The mouthfeel is lively and the lingering red fruit flavours leave a pleasant freshness. A ready-to-drink wine for lovers of aromatic wines.

This rosé is a perfect aperitif to stimulate the appetite, a great accompaniment to starters and is a fine complement to barbeques and grills.

About Collines de Bourdic:

It all started in 1928 with a handful of winemakers from the villages of Arpaillargues-Aureilhac, Aubussargues, Bourdic and Garrigues-Sainte Eulalie who joined forces to build the Cooperative Cellar of Bourdic.

Since the beginning of the adventure priority has been given to the vineyard and winemaking production in which we invest regularly. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative spirit, over the generations we have developed widely recognized know-how. Often pioneers in the planting of new grape varieties, the cooperative cultivates a taste for risk and difference.
