Tradition Cuvée Rosé 2017
A fabulous expression; the sweetly fragrant bouquet shows pomegranate, raspberry, peach and floral aromas, leading to a concentrated palate that is refreshing and flavoursome. The wine offers generosity together with refined mouthfeel, finishing persistent and lively. At its best: now to 2021.

About the wine:
This wine is a blend of Picpoul Noir (60%), Grenache (20%) and Syrah (20%)
About the domaine:
It was in 1682 that the ancestors of Edouard Lamy acquired this estate. Its vineyard, located on a high gravelly terrace of the Aude, covers 140 ha in one piece, forming a perfect square around the castle of the seventeenth century. Since 2008 the vineyard has been directed by Vincent Dubernet, agricultural engineer, oenologist and son of one of the most well known consulting oenologists in the Languedoc.
